Meet Dr. Neil
With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, Dr. Josiah Neil is a compassionate and client-centered professional who holds a Master’s degree in Counselor Education with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He provides individual, group, and couples counseling, supporting clients through a broad spectrum of emotional, relational, and life challenges.
Dr. Neil’s therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), assisting clients in identifying and reshaping unhelpful thought patterns through techniques such as positive self-talk. He also integrates elements of Narrative Therapy and Expressive Writing Therapy, often encouraging journaling as a meaningful tool for emotional expression, clarity, and healing.
Believing that therapy is a collaborative journey toward self-awareness and growth, Dr. Neil is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment. Whether clients are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or significant life transitions, his focus remains on helping them explore their stories, build resilience, and reconnect with their authentic selves.


Meet Dr. Ohmai
Suki Neil Ohmai is a Master level Social Worker and candidate for Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT or Talk Therapy), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
With a strong foundation in counseling and case management, she has provided individual and group therapy to diverse populations, including children, youth, families, veterans experiencing PTSD, depression, and schizophrenia.
Her trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach supports individuals, couples, and families in building emotional resilience, improving communication, and achieving long-term wellness through evidence-based practices.
